We are happy to announce our partnership with Noviton Prefab to manufacture modular facade elements for our first building. Noviton is a leading supplier of innovative building components with a longstanding track record.

We developed this facade system in close collaboration with the Noviton team. With their local headquarters just a stone’s throw away from our HOLD office, we were able to maintain close communication, learn about each other’s processes, and work closely together to achieve an optimal result.

The outcome of this collaboration is a highly innovative, lightweight timber frame facade system that emphasizes both aesthetics and performance. Integrated within the elements are rainwater drainage and sun blinds, creating a sleek and complete appearance for the building.
